Bostik A330 FILL A GAP FLEX adhesive is designed to seal joints between stairs, walls, ceilings, baseboards, window sills, wooden and metal window frames, concrete, and tiles. Suitable for interior use.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Accurate-sized joints can absorb movement between construction materials. The depth of the joint must always be in precise proportion to its width. The general principle is that the depth of the joint along with its width up to 10 mm is 1:1, with a minimum width and depth of 5 mm. For joints wider than 10 mm, the depth is the width divided by 3 plus 6 mm.

LIMITATIONS

• Not suitable for continuous water exposure.
• Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, plastic, neoprene, and bitumen substrates.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND FINISH

Operating temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C (applies to both environment and surface). All substrates must be firm, clean, dry, free from grease, and dust. The substrate needs to be cleaned, and porous surfaces do not need to be completely dry. Highly porous surfaces such as plasterboard, aerated concrete, limestone, etc., may need priming with a mixture of 1 part Bostik A330 adhesive and 2 parts water. Always check adhesion before application. Finish and smooth with water.

STORAGE

Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep away from oxidizing agents and acids. The shelf life of this product is 18 months from the date of manufacture if stored properly in the original unopened packaging.

PAINTABILITY

Bostik A330 FILL A GAP FLEX adhesive can be painted after complete drying. During the curing process, the product may experience shrinkage, which can cause paint cracking. It can be painted well with water-based and synthetic paints. Using high-water-based paints may cause cracking. It is recommended to check compatibility with paint before application.

CLEANING

It is recommended to clean tools after use with water. Hands can be cleaned with a cloth and water or soap.
