Adhesion test
- The peel adhesion is 180 degrees to the back.
- BowTape 110QJ (0.16 mm) tape has been pulled for over 2 hours at room temperature.
- Substrates: SUS, ABS, HIPS.
- Results: excellent adhesion, minimal elongation, passing the test.
Static shear
- Can withstand a load of 1 kg for 1 hour.
- Results: strong adhesion, low initial elongation, passing the test.
Dynamic shear test
- Withstand pulling force from both sides (top and bottom) at room temperature for over 2 hours.
- Results: excellent adhesion, minimal elongation, passing the test.
Heat resistance
- Can withstand a load of 500g at room temperature for one hour.
- The test substrate is stainless steel. Every 5 minutes, the temperature increases by 3 degrees Celsius.
- Results: good, extremely low elongation rate, passing the test.
