- Capable of withstanding high dynamic pressures.
- Suitable for use with integrated antennas.
U-Seal 204 Speed is a single-component, flexible, high-performance polyurethane adhesive with high adhesion and fast curing, designed for direct automotive glazing. This product is specifically engineered to ensure quick and safe drive-away times on vehicles equipped with airbags, within just 1 hour.
Application
Specifically designed for bonding windshields in automotive glass replacement (AGR), side windows, and rear windows for passenger cars, trucks, tractors, and specialized vehicles. It is also used for bonding fiberglass-reinforced plastic parts (roofs, side panels, and front panels) on various vehicles. The product can be used in all applications requiring strong, elastic structural adhesion between elements made of different materials (automotive coatings, metal sheets, fiberglass, and reinforced plastics) that must withstand significant mechanical or thermal stress.

Instructions for Use
Fit the bag into a manual or pneumatic air operated gun (provided with telescopic piston). The surfaces to be treated should be perfectly clean, dry and free from dust and grease. It is necessary to treat the windscreen and its bonding surface according to NPT application guidelines, using a specific CLEANER or ACTIVATOR from NPT. It is advisable to carry out preliminary adhesion tests on the support. Specific guidance regarding the use of primers may be obtained by submitting substrate samples to our laboratories.
Do not cure in the presence of curing silicone sealants. Avoid contact with alcohol and other solvent cleaners during cure. When applying sealant, avoid air-entrapment. Since system is moisture-cured, permit sufficient exposure to air. Bonded elements may require additional holding or support during curing period. Tooling and finishing must be carried out within the tack-free time of the sealant.
Cleaning Instructions
Clean used tools with acetone or solvent. Uncured adhesive can be removed with paper or cloth. Once cured, the adhesive can only be removed mechanically. Avoid skin contact by using latex, rubber, or polyethylene gloves. If the adhesive comes into contact with the skin, remove it immediately and wash with soap and water.
Storage Instructions
U-Seal 204 Speed can be stored for 12 months in its original (unopened) packaging at temperatures between 10°C and 25°C in a cool, dry place. Storage temperatures should not exceed 25°C for extended periods. Keep away from damp areas, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
