Bow Tape 110QJB (0.16 mm)

Adhesion test
- Peel strength is 180 degrees.
- BowTape 110QJB (0.16 mm) tape was pulled for over 2 hours at room temperature on substrates such as SUS, ABS, HIPS.
- Result: excellent adhesion, minimal displacement, passing the test.
Static shear
- Withstand a load of 1 kg for 1 hour.
- Result: good adhesion, low displacement compared to the original, passed the test.
Dynamic shear
- Withstand pulling from both sides (top and bottom) at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
Result: good adhesion, extremely small displacement, passed the test.
Heat resistance
- Withstands a load of 500g at room temperature for one hour.
- The test substrate is stainless steel.
- Every 5 minutes, the temperature gradually increases by 3 degrees Celsius.
- Result: good, extremely small movement speed, passed the test.
