Performance
Adhesive test
The test, as described in the figure:
- Pulling the root backward by 180 degrees.
- BowTape 3510PP tape is pulled for over 2 hours at room temperature.
- Result: excellent adhesion, minimal elongation, passing the test.
Gravity load test
The test, as described in the figure:
- Tape at room temperature with a 1kg load, subjected to 7 tests for elongation.
- Result: Good, as evaluated in the figure.
Tensile strength test in both directions
The test, as described in the figure:
- Subjected to tension from both sides (top and bottom) at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- The testing conditions are described as in the figure.
- Result: excellent adhesion, minimal elongation, passing the test.
Heat resistance test
The tape is held at room temperature under a 500g load for 1 hour and placed on a hot plate. The temperature increases by 3 degrees Celsius every 5 minutes.
Result: good, as shown in the figure
