Adhesive Test
Test as described in the image below:
- The peel force applied backward is 180 degrees.
- Bow Tape 715B was pulled for over 2 hours at room temperature.
- Result: Strong adhesion, minimal displacement, passing the test.
Load Capacity Test
Conducting the test as illustrated:
- Enduring varying loads under different temperatures on stainless steel for 7 days.
- Result: Strong bonding, minimal displacement compared to the initial state, successfully passing the test
Tensile Test
- Withstanding tensile forces from both sides (top and bottom) at room temperature for over 2 hours.
- Result: Effective adhesion, minimal displacement, successfully surpassing the test.
Temperature resistance test
- Enduring a load of 500g at room temperature for one hour.
- Every 5 minutes, the temperature increases by 3 degrees Celsius.
- Result: Satisfactory, minimal displacement speed, successfully passing the test.
