Performance
Adhesion test
The test, as described in the figure, includes:
- Pulling the root backward by 180 degrees.
- Bowtape 1750L tape is pulled for over 2 hours at room temperature.
- Result: excellent adhesion, minimal elongation, passing the test.
Gravity load test
The test is as depicted in the picture with:
- Subjected to loads with varying temperatures on stainless steel for 7 days.
- Result: good adhesion, low displacement compared to the original, passed the test.
Tensile strength test in both directions
The test, as described in the figure, involves:
- Subjected to tension from both sides (top and bottom) at room temperature for over 2 hours.
- Result: excellent adhesion, minimal elongation, passing the test.
Heat resistance test
The test, as described on the screen:
Withstands a load of 500g at room temperature for one hour. Every 5 minutes, the temperature increases by 3 degrees Celsius. Result: good, minimal elongation, passes the test. Bowtape transfer tape is 100% adhesive, without a carrier.
