Bowtape 711BH is a reinforced double-sided Foam Acrylic tape designed for high adhesion and can replace rivets, screws, and traditional welds.
With adhesive on both sides being Acrylic-based, it provides high adhesion. Adheres well to metal, plastic, and foam surfaces. Provides strong bonding under high stress. Reduces vibration and absorbs force due to the Foam layer. Adhesion test
- The pullback angle is 180 degrees.
- Bowtape 723G (2.3 mm) is pulled for over 2 hours at room temperature.
- Result: Strong adhesion, minimal displacement, passing the test.
Static shear test
- load with varying temperatures on stainless steel for 7 days.
- Result: Strong adhesion, minimal displacement compared to the initial state, passing the test.
Dynamic shear test
- Pulled from both sides (top and bottom) at room temperature for over 2 hours.
- Result: Strong adhesion, minimal displacement, passing the test.
Temperature resistance test
- Withstanding a load of 500g at room temperature for one hour.
- Every 5 minutes, the temperature increases by 3 degrees Celsius.
- Result: Good, minimal displacement speed, passing the test.
