Usage Instructions

Apply Bostik H785 adhesive in a V-shaped pattern, with the lines running vertically and spaced 10-20cm apart. Place the material in position and press firmly to achieve a minimum adhesive thickness of 2-3mm between the material and the surface. Avoid applying adhesive in circular dots. • Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastic, neoprene, and bitumen substrates.
• Not recommended for continuous water immersion.
• Not suitable for use in dynamic joints.

Surface Preparation

Operating temperature: +5°C to +40°C (applicable to both the environment and the substrate). Due to the structure of Bostik H785 NO MORE NAILS HIGH TACK, we recommend using a professional caulking gun with precise drive and a V-shaped nozzle. All substrate surfaces must be firm, clean, free from oil or grease, and dust-free. Cleaning the surface prior to adhesive application is advisable. Bostik H785 adheres well without the need for primer on most non-porous surfaces. Porous surfaces should be pre-treated with a primer. Always perform an adhesion test before application.

Storage

When unopened and stored in its original packaging within a temperature range of +5°C to +25°C, the shelf life of the product is up to 18 months from the date of manufacture. Store in a dry place.
